Known for his ability to meet international standards, Mr. Player traveled 12 million miles to design and build Blackmoor on the historic Longwood Plantation, an antebellum rice plantation located in Murrells Inlet, SC. The undulating 18-hole championship course takes advantage of the natural terrain and vistas inclusive of moss-laden oaks and abundant wildlife to create a rewarding experience that truly revitalizations the senses. Blackmoor has been rated a top 100 Woman-Friendly Golf Course by Golf for Women Magazine, awarded 4 stars by Golf Digest’s “Places to Play,” and was voted the Myrtle Beach Golf Course of the Year in 2001.
